This is a simple and delicious way to use avocados. Spread it on wraps, sandwiches or crackers, or dip veggies or chips into it.
1 ripe Haas avocado
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup nondairy cream cheese
1 clove garlic
Sea salt or Himalayan salt to taste
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
