Use it how you use humus.
Steamed florets of 1 medium head cauliflower
1/4 cup water
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime
3 tablespoons tahini
1/2 teaspoon sea or Himalayan salt
1 small clove garlic or 1/4 garlic powder
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Serve garnished with extra virgin olive oil and chopped herbs
